What makes MoldStain T-Klear different from bleach?
Bleach lightens the stain but leaves the organic material behind, and adds chlorine to the space. MoldStain T-Klear uses plant enzymes to break down both the stain and the organic byproducts underneath it, with no toxic residue.
How much do I need?
For a home with moderate contents, 5 gallons per 1,000 sq ft covers fogging plus cleaning of contents. For fogging only, 1 gallon per 1,000 sq ft. Quantity varies with substrate, contents and delivery method.
Does it need to be diluted?
No. It ships full strength and is ready to use as supplied.
Is bulk pricing available?
Yes — a 55-gallon contractor drum is available, and 2.5 gallon ready-to-use containers. Dealer pricing is available on inquiry.
