Does it mask odors or remove them?
It removes them. The enzymes break down the organic material producing the smell, rather than covering it with fragrance.
What odors does it work on?
Pet urine, smoke, dirty laundry and general musty indoor odors.
How much do I need?
5 gallons per 1,000 sq ft for fogging plus cleaning of contents; 1 gallon per 1,000 sq ft for fogging only.

Coverage: For a home with moderate contents, we recommend 5 gallons per 1,000 sf. This will allow for fogging and cleaning of contents. For fogging only, we recommend 1 gallon per 1,000 sf. Product comes full strength for treatment (it is not a concentrate). Quantity used can vary with many factors including intended use, substrates, contents, & delivery methods. These recommendations are approximate and can vary.
