How is this different from the Interior formula?
This one is formulated for unfinished areas — crawlspaces, attics, framing and subfloors. Use the Interior formula in finished living spaces.
Does it work on all species of mold?
It is effective on all species of mold stains, on the range of substrates found in crawlspaces and attics.
Can it be fogged?
Yes — fogging is the practical method for crawlspaces and attics, and it can also go through an electrostatic sprayer.

This product contains all natural ingredients so it’s safe for people, pets and the environment. Ideal for your chemical-sensitive clients and environments such as schools and food services. Can be used in multiple formats: fogger and electrostatic sprayer (see below).
Coverage: For a home with moderate contents, we recommend 5 gallons per 1,000 sf. This will allow for fogging and cleaning of contents. For fogging only, we recommend 1 gallon per 1,000 sf. Product comes full strength for treatment (it is not a concentrate). Quantity used can vary with many factors including intended use, substrates, contents, & delivery methods. These recommendations are approximate and can vary.
